A driving force behind Bedrock Bar & Grill since 2008, he introduced Singapore’s first signature Tomahawk Steak in 2009, helping cement its reputation as a leading steakhouse. Renowned for his expertise in premium meats and wood-fire cooking, he has spent nearly two decades delivering exceptional dining experiences grounded in quality and craftsmanship.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Isaac mentors emerging talent as a Chef X mentor (appointed 2024) and serves as a Global Ambassador for the Australian Meat Academy. His philosophy centres on respect for ingredients and their producers: “Fresh produce is at the heart of every dish—I believe in treating ingredients with respect to honour those who bring them to us.”
