He is part of the team at Sol Kitchen & Bar in Ho Chi Minh City, a Latin American concept established in 2018 with locations in District 1 and District 7. The restaurant is recognised by Asia’s 50 Best Discovery, as well as the Michelin Guide Select (2023) and Bib Gourmand (2024).
His contribution adds depth and authenticity to the menu, supporting a dining experience that celebrates the vibrant essence of Latin American cuisine and a lively, guest-focused atmosphere.
