Chef Gaurav Anand brings close to two decades of experience across leading hospitality brands including Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, and Oberoi. A graduate of the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, he further specialised in Italian cuisine in Italy, earning certification from the Federazione Italiana Cuochi under Chef Michele D’Agostino and training under renowned international chefs.

Now based in Bengaluru, he serves as Executive Chef at Hilton, where he leads culinary operations with a strong technical foundation and global perspective.
