ARNAUD DUNAND-SAUTHIER

Maison Dunand, Bangkok
Michelin Guide One Star & evian Ambassador

Arnaud Dunand began his career in France before relocating to Bangkok, where he led Le Normandie at the Mandarin Oriental to two MICHELIN stars.

He later opened his own restaurant, Maison Dunand, which holds one MICHELIN star and is inspired by the mountains of Savoie where he grew up. Its tasting menu reflects his Alpine roots, cherished childhood trips to Brittany, and his distinguished international culinary journey.

“For me, evian has always been a natural choice — rooted in its Alpine origin, so close to my own, and in its true gastronomic virtue. A water rich in minerals, yet perfectly balanced, that accompanies a tasting without ever interfering with it.”
